Saga Dawa Düchen celebrates Shakyamuni Buddha's enlightenment and paranirvana. This year it falls on June 10th. Anything we can do to increase our practice, our generosity, and our activities for the benefit of others during this time will be of great benefit to our path as well as to all beings.

Iron Knot ranch will be closed for summer retreat during this auspicious time. We will offer tsog on June 10th in the context of Tendrel Nyesel, a terma of Terton Sogyal. The profound practice of Tendrel Nyesel can help reverse inauspicious interdependence, dissipate inauspicious occurrences, and establish auspicious interdependence in our efforts to practice dharma and benefit others.
